Q: When and how do I gain access?

A: You can access the facility 24/7 using your personal access tag to open the security gate.

Q: What about security?

A: The facility has a 24 hour electrified fence, CCTV surveillance and motion sensored floodlighting. The site is also regularly monitored by management to ensure the facility as a whole as well as all individual storage units are safe and secure. You have to provide your own padlock(s) for your storage unit.

Q: What items can I store?

A: You can use your storage unit to store almost anything.

Q: What can not be stored?

A: You can not store living items like animals and plants or perishables like food. You also can not store any hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, environmentally harmful or explosive goods.

Q: What about pests?

A: Pest control by baiting the units is undertaken as soon as a unit is vacated. However, we do recommend that you regularly check your unit and replace bait if necessary.

Q: What about insurance?

A: Goods are stored at your risk and are not insured by us. You should speak to your insurer or insurance broker and ensure you have arranged adequate cover.

Q: Is there a minimum storage time?

A: Yes, the minimum storage time is one month.

Q: Are there any extra fees?

A: We do charge a late payment fee of $25 if your payment is five or more days late. We also charge a call out fee of $30. For example: you left your access tag in your unit and need management assistance to access the facility. Dargaville-banner
